What is remote/offshore staffing?
Offshore remote staffing is when you look to build your team outside your home country. Instead of setting up your own office in a foreign country, you would work with an offshore staffing firm like Atticus to hire your team for you.
You work with Atticus to customize the recruitment and hiring process to what your company already practices. In addition, you will handpick the staff after a series of interviews with the Atticus Human Resources team and your own hiring managers.
How long does it take to build a team?
For back office admin positions, it takes around 15-30 days from job posting to onboarding.
For tech positions and other niche roles, it may take around 30-45 days from job posting to onboarding.
What does the process look like?
Step 1: Your company will submit a job description
Step 2: Atticus will commence the recruitment process and gather candidate profiles
Step 3: Atticus will conduct an initial HR interview and endorse to the Client Hiring Manager.
Step 4: Your Hiring Manager will conduct a series of interviews to make sure you have the right candidate.
Step 5: Atticus will negotiate with the candidate and submit a job offer.
Step 6: Atticus will work with you to ensure that your staff, post-hire will perform to your expectations.
How much are your fees?
We have a monthly flat rate management fee which depends on the type of position you source.
What is your pricing structure?
The type of talent you select will determine the market rate salary. We then add on the government mandatory benefits such as social security, 13th month bonus and HMO.
All the above will make up the employees salary cost (monthly salary + benefits). There are no other fees added.

How do we monitor attendance?
We have an HRIS system and can give you access to monitor your staff’s attendance.
What type of internet connection is installed in your facility?
We have a 25 mbps fiber optic connection with a burst up-speed up to 40mbs. In addition to this, we have 50 mbps DSL connection and a 10 mbps leased line as backup.
Your account manager can work with you to determine the amount of bandwidth needed for your operations. In some cases, we have allocated a dedicated internet provider for accounts that have huge teams.
